About
This intro-level course, when done in conjunction with Hammock Basic Tricks Leve 1 and Level 2 will teach you the foundations of aerial hammock through the 6 major skills of aerial hammock (Invert, Balance, Float, Flip and Flex).
Learning every step in detail can make a big difference. Even if you already know the fundamental trick on the Hammock, working on clear steps can drastically improve your expressions and well prepare you for the following breathtaking tricks.
