Full Splits stretches the thighs, hamstrings, and hips. This deep opening up of the lower body helps you move deeper into your yoga poses and advance your practice.
This pose offers some excellent and unique benefits for the body, such as stretching the thighs, hamstrings, and groins and stimulating the abdominal organs.
Consistent stretching while the legs are stretched wide apart outwards when seated on the floor, but the ultimate goal should be to increase your overall mobility and to feel better in your body. With time, consistency, and the right mindset, it will come.
